When used in conjunction with the Dragon meditation bench the high density foam kneeling mat is designed to make sitting on hard floors comfortable for hours. It works in either a kneeling or cross-legged position.

The 100% polyester fabric cover is slightly stretchy. It is a removable and washable pillowcase style fabric cover.
